Dr Sokkar graduated from Ain Shams University, College of Medicine in Cairo, Egypt. He took his Psychiatry internship at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA and his Psychiatry residency at University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma, City.
Dr. Sokkar has 24 years of experience in treating the full range of adult psychiatric problems including Major depressive disorder, Generalized anxiety disorder, Panic disorder, Agoraphobia, Obsessive compulsive disorder, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and Schizophrenia.
